Good afternoon, I was wondering if we can expect an update to the audit which has been ongoing for some time. The delay in release in the financials was attributed to the pending audit, yet when the financials were released they were unaudited OTC filings and not audited SEC 10k format.

It has been some time since any updates were made by the company and providing a comprehensive update about the audit and overall operations for the coming year would do a lot for investor confidence.
