Morning! I have to agree. We need OTCX to check out once he does we recover nicely. At this price level, the company should be buying shares in the open market for the acquisition. I'm intrigued about the corporate update coming, there is a reason there has been no filing. It leads me to believe there is enough to satisfy the acquisition without having to increase the A/S. That could very well be the update. Acquisition complete with no need to increase the A/S. Not to mention, positive cash flow!
