On March 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Indoor Harvest Corp (the “Company”) was given notice of Chad Sykes’ immediately effective resignation as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer). The Board of Directors is taking Mr. Sykes’ resignation under consideration.
