Zugzwang - DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted finds himself in a position known as zugzwang. The CONfluence of the bankruptcy filings, the SEC civil suit, and the numerous court judgments and court-approved settlements has placed him in this position.

from Wikipedia (which is more CONcise than I typically am):

Zugzwang (German for "compulsion to move", pronounced ['tsu?ktsva?]) is a situation found in chess and other games wherein one player is put at a disadvantage because they must make a move when they would prefer to pass and not move. The fact that the player is compelled to move means that their position will become significantly weaker. A player is said to be "in zugzwang" when any possible move will worsen their position.[1]

The term is also used in combinatorial game theory, where it means that it directly changes the outcome of the game from a win to a loss, but the term is used less precisely in games such as chess.[2][3] Putting the opponent in zugzwang is a common way to help the superior side win a game, and in some cases, it is necessary in order to make the win possible.[4]

The term zugzwang was used in German chess literature in 1858 or earlier,[5] and the first known use of the term in English was by World Champion Emanuel Lasker in 1905.[6] The concept of zugzwang was known to players many centuries before the term was coined, appearing in an endgame study published in 1604 by Alessandro Salvio, one of the first writers on the game, and in shatranj studies dating back to the early 9th century, over 1000 years before the first known use of the term.

And yett both the US bankruptcy court and the SEC (and the IRS) is forcing DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted to make moves that will only weaken his position. Yett he cannot avoid moving - Answer, BK Chapter 11 payments, lawyer$ fee$, bail munny (when the criminole indictment is unsealed), eviction, all require Foley moves - and all moves make his situation worse.

He is on the highest point of a sinking ship, but he cannot stay there because the deck underneath his feet is getting too hot for him to stay there. Every move from here on in - to DaHole - makes his position worse, and the icy water closer to him.

Now, this is the kind of "fly caught in the sticky spider's web" that we ought to be savoring with our Moose Munch.

It's all downhill for DaFoleyClown from here. Every possible move makes his overall situation worse.

Gotdammpt I love watching these situations, especially with pennycrooks.

He can ditch the Answer with a general denial/demurrer, butt he can't ditch discovery and a depo.

Sit back with yer snacks and watch the assclown DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted struggle in the sticky web. He will only get more stuck with each move, yet he must move and keep moving. If he defaults on the SEC lawsuit, such as my not responding with an Answer eventually, his 5AM visit from the FBI and US Marshal (which runs the probation supervision of Federal CONvicts on probation, like DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted is, will happen very soon and he will sit in the Sanna Clara lockup with no means for bail.

Hay Foldoink! Zugzwang, baby! Buy the T-shirt before all your accounts are frozen with a default judgment from the SEC complaint. Even BK won't stop that.

And Foldoink, when yer in DaHole, I'll send you a postcard - a picture postcard - with just that one word on it Zugzwang, and by that word you'll know it came from me. Think of me when you gett it.
