MY QUESTION: this regarding non-published financial statements, 10-K and 10-Q. The website states getting current by FALL 2018. Is that correct? I believe there are just a few days left until Winter.

So Mark, one week before the end of Q1-2019 saying "We are reiterating Q1-2019 for the financials" should not be taken like the gospel.
