I Agree With You Sam! - I am not a big fan of Reverse Splits.

However, not all Reverse Splits are bad!

What if Orie has found a major Acquisition, and coupled with that, we did a 1 for 10 RS and simultaneously, up-listed to NASDAQ, at the required $4 pr share? - Would that be a bad deal?

Sounds a little crazy, you say - perhaps - but, I think Orie is an Exceptional CEO and - in my opinion - this is how he thinks!

With or without a RS, COHO will recover!
