All info available, it just wouldn't make sense to do anything without that permit. I think he tried to stall as long as he could, kept promising SEC he would do audits, when he knew they were pointless without that permit.

I think if he gets that permit, we will see audits finished and re-listing in fairly short order.

Campo would probably still screw us with an RS at some point, but it would be cool to reach a nickle before that.

One can dream...
