MMEX-scam is thinly traded - anyone using the L2 view is essentially a sucker. It is simply part of the overall scam, especially on OTCM - the L3 view would be required to see what’s really happening with a stock like MMEX-scam.

The L2 view for a thinly traded stock like MMEX-scam is basically worthless - the SEC knows this, and won’t act on complaints from retail “investors” using L2 screen-shots to claim “wrongdoing” from market makers or brokers handling retail rubbish on the public side.

This kind of thing is simply hilarious!

L2 doesn't reflect reality - it's just another hook to siphon money out of the pockets of retail "investors" who subscribe to it.
