Wow the US trustee had to say a lot today. That stipulation consent order since March 19th really made it quiet. I agree with what the trustee said about Teper being an insider for Debtor and that this deal needs to be scrutinized. Trustee was well spoken and I agree with all. Plus those possible additions contracts that could be approved need to be addressed as well. I for one would like to know if I’m going to receive additional consideration. I just want to feel considered.
