Send an email asking if the company still in business received a reply saying yes the business is still alive and doing really well. I then asked to comment on the current price of shares and the decline that's been witnessed for over half a year here is the reply.

"AS far as I know its not insider selling. The company has been working with its sales partner Level -3 in placing its technology on a number of test for several companies. In addition Level -3 has trained a number of its sales staff and are now on the street selling the software. If you look at Yahoo finance under the symbol you will see the releases."
