Spot on! There are too many unanswered questions which are impacting the SP. CMTH/CELZ leadership could have corrected this issue by now, but have chosen not too.

They are reasonable questions, in fact, very logical questions which can be addressed and must be addressed for any investors of substance to invest now.

Gmoney is a long with a huge investment like myself. His actions and investment prove he believed in the company and procedures to put his money here, versus any other company.

We don't expect CMTH/CELZ leadership to move mountains, just to actually respect their shareholders. I would have been in a much better position with respect to CMTH/CELZ to have loaned them $200k for operations and had them pay me in convertible shares as dumped them onto the market at low SP for a big profit which is what's happened incessantly for the past 8 months all while the SP drops to below a penny.

Not good business sense if you're a company focused on making money and being "self-sufficient" but good for Warbington and Dickerson if they are not on the up and up and participating in something else.

Rubber will hit the road soon. I'm down $55k as of today on a 10 month investment and not expecting much. I'll be happy if I can sell at $.03 and walk which is a shame when others pronounced we'd be at $.10-$.30 by end of last year only to finish at a penny.

CMTH/CELZ leadership know exactly what's going on. I'd say the MM's know more than the shareholders and that is a shame.

Peace.
