Wrong again.

I just called the company in Chico, CA 530-345-5808 and they stated that the conduct business under both names. Their words, not mine.

Yes, there is a California entity and a Delaware entity.

What is going to happen next is anyone's guess / early opportunity.

That's how I found this stock.
