If the Transfer Date of the Spin Off is definitely
based on the Date the Agreement was signed
and not on the Date the new SPINCO stock was
issued to WIN and Shareholders - in April 2015 -
then the Statute of Limitations ends tomorrow.
Otherwise I think it ends in April 2019.


I have read Articles citing both. My logic tells
me the Bondholders will file a Lawsuit if WIN
does not present a Plan to keep the Bonds as is.
