I can see Cannabis or Hemp Farms coming here, Maybe Solar Farms and or perhaps they could sell food back to china from the farms they purchase all just my opinion.

We know equipment will be sold and the Canadian government is helping with some of the cost of innovative equipment for Cannabis growers.
