For what it's worth,

JMO, but based on commentary history; and unless it is just a shtick, for a down tick(in which case, although probably not very effective here, feel free it's certainly as much your prerogative as anyone else); otherwise you seem to continuously get burned on the OTC and is the basis upon the remainder of this reply.

The COHO OS is unchanged for over a year so the current PPS cannot be blamed on dilution. And notwithstanding the R/S announcement(which should have had little effect here with surrounding circumstances, but panic generally prevails whenever R/S is mentioned) the company has been consistently announcing improvements in growth and revenue(and has been verified by someone on this board that lives close to the company that has actually stopped in to check out the reality). So the only explanation as to why we sit at the bottom facing the R/S lies solely in the hands of shareholders/manipulators/traders/message board contributors(not necessarily or even likely in that order), and little to nothing to do with company actions or lack thereof; as by all indications the company has been doing their part here.

In regards to the burn barrel you speak of...Having Zero to do with the company or it's officers, the OTC is riddled with vultures, wolves, piranhas and parasites(some have even periodically shown up here) that are all after one very basic thing; your money. And want as much of it as they can get their hands on with ZERO regard for who you are or what your situation is.

And whoever convinced you(maybe even yourself) that the OTC is easy money was ignorant or lied. So, unless you tend to your wounds by educating yourself, instead of just bitching about it after tossing your money into the burning barrel; you haven't got a prayer here. One needs to learn who the players are and how the game is played before blaming companies/CEOs(although some are just straight up scams), or putting another nickel into the system(yes, I went through the same process).

If that is not something you are willing or able to do; as a matter of practical logic, using the OTC as probable burning barrel for some or all of your money, probably isn't the right thing for you. And you should consider sticking with a much safer book of matches and the burn barrel behind the garage. Where at least you are in full control of the outcome. And if the garage and house goes up in flame from a wind shift, after a failure to cover the barrel, you really have only yourself to blame. And although not intended as a personal cut so much as an observation of personality to reflect upon; I somehow get the sense shifting the blame onto mother nature would quickly get rationalized in said situation.

If you are looking to learn...It really applies here and would behoove you to view this quote from EVERY possible angle and interpretation between the lines, but here is a quote from market guru Warren buffet to start your market education off on the right foot. "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient"

hope this helps and all JMO
