Who knows, but right now BKMP smells bad. Nothing here is what it seems, the PFD's were issued as a distraction IMO. "A reward to our shareholders" is a bunch of BS at this point, they aren't trading and even if they could, how would they be worth anything?

So why the distraction and what's really going on?

That is the question that lingers...
