No, Haven't you seen the difference between the bid and ask? How long do you think the SP will stay above 0.01 once dilution starts?

August 18, 2016, there were 646,024,221 shares of common stock outstanding.
April 22, 2016, there were 204,745,625 shares of common stock outstanding
November 20, 2015, there were 57,021,234 shares of common stock outstanding.

If you find the matching share prices (I've posted it somewhere), you'll how little today's share price will matter
