And that is precisely why I am buying every share I can afford before then (because none of us knows if the news will drop this morning or on 3/31/19 as mentioned) and that's just me and my mindset about just being patient and see what happens next.

We do know that news will drop about finalizing acquisition within a week as we were told that BY March 31st.
