I don't understand the MM's. They let WWEN run to .50+, then .38, then .19, then .11. But they don't let a stock like XKEM run much past .03. The story there is just as compelling as WWEN's, but it never gains more than 25%. Don't get me wrong, I'd take 25%, but what is it, what are the factor's for a stock running?
