There is no flipper at this level......and no "so called" flipper as had a chance here...be it limited. This has entered the last and final dilutive stage forever. As I said previously...expect the outstanding to be updated Monday and show an additional rough 22 million shares added followed by the last tranche of around 10.7 million. That is it. If the update shows a number between those two....then that will be the last.

There was/is only $8,000 to $25,000 left in unrelated third party convertible notes.
