The company is financing itself imo they did the same with Etelix they will continue to do this building a brand with multipul subsidiaries, we can only assume at this point that they want to continue doing business as they have done in the past acquiring new subs under mspc. This takes a lot of time, we will have to wait and see, but not all business is without tremendous hurdles along the way.
