From the little I've read about Columbia's MJ industry, companies outside of US are investing quite a bit, such as Canadian-owned PharmaCielo.

The name Pure Harvest, did ring a bell from some previous time ago, but could not remember the shell fiasco and how that panned-out. Was probably looking to get in that deal, but didn't.

Guess more filings/news may spark OWPC & PCKK?
