Whats PPS? If its related to movie ideas, I have a new one. Its a horror movie called Cul De Sac. Similar to those wrong turn movies but with a CUL DE SAC.

Yeah, it would not surprise me one bit. I saw the Gregg note had .0025 here? That is just 1 of those notes on record, they hid the conversion features well here. IMO, filings should have a clear and labeled section where all convertibles, the rates, maturity dates, default and penalty etc. Of course a system needs to be in place 2 keep every ticker in check but reaping it from regulars makes no sense. They provide the money that feeds the machine but everyone is taking it whenever possible.
