I skimmed over the latest filing by Discover- everything I read was alot of bs. The reason IMNP asked that the subpoena be squashed is to provide adequate time for them to compile the documents that Discover wanted- also they asked Discover to sign a confidentiality agreement which they never did. Discover tries to discredit the offers IMNP has on the table because it is the only thing they can do- as if John Kirkland can somehow get more for the assets than IMNP can- total bs. They want 14.8 million for making a 2 million dollar loan 6 months ago.- Complete BS. They say the assets are declining in value- no shit- they are in bk now thanks to you and now have to renegotiate the deal.

A common tactic in law is for the big Goliath company with unlimited funding to ask for a ton of documents quickly, push them into discovery, supbenona etc to overwhelm the smaller company and intimidate them- that is what is going on here.
