Falcon is Inactive in Oregon. Delgado did a quick reinstatement, then redomiciled to Wyoming. Use the Wyoming Registration link in iBox, then select History at bottom of page. That's where you can see Articles of Incorporation.

Delgado needs to update the Security Details, address, and state of incorporation on their OTC Markets pages. He should have done this February 11, which is before he uploaded the 2018 Annual Report for FLCN, and the subsequent news releases.

The Attorney Letter implies the redomicile happened in January.

Delgado can't build a biz with a grand so, of course, he has to increase the Outstanding. He uploaded the Annual long before it was due. This means he doesn't have to report financing until Q1 is due.

He needs to update share counts for A/S, O/S, and give breakdown of Restricted and Unrestricted.
