Aqua, this vote will PASS overwhelmingly I am told from several last night on the Hill, its more of a procedural vote than anything else

The SAFE ACT banking bill is a bi-partisan bill with 140+ senators on BOTH sides of the aisle sponsoring it.

I think from what I have heard on the Hill with friends that are deep in the trenches that this Bill passes overwhelmingly its just the language & avenues of financing that needs to be clarified.

If they didn't think they could pass the Safe bill, it would have never seen the light of day in its current form
