BAT said it “believes the FDA does not have the (congressional) authority to ban a category of product (in traditional markets) ... or reduce nicotine (levels) in tobacco products to zero.”

Either they're that stupid or playing games - clearly the law states FDA cannot reduce levels to zero... and that's not the plan!

Experts say years my a$$. Experts said Mueller report would mean something.

Let's go FDA - make it happen - give them 1 year. Can't wait to see the ruling in the summer. Cannot wait...
