Having looked more into it. Its clear Calvin Ayre is the owner of Coingeek Mining, and would become a major shareholder here should the transaction go through.

The CPU design has hit an issue which we know little about. Hopefully that can be fixed.

In general this company has HUGE potential if the transaction goes through, and the CPU would add massively to that success if its made to work.

In general, this is worth keeping an eye on, until more information is available. Right know its a huge gamble.
