There is a long list of companies that failed to grow shrimp (especially freshwater prawns) profitably indoor. I don't think they should beat themselves up about it. And they changed the strategy and mix of species a couple of times as well. Which is also normal. One of the typhoons killed all the fish in the ponds 1 1/2 years ago. I guess that's when they decided to grow Vannamei and construct ODRAS at AF4/5.

What they should beat themselves up about is financing IMO. Financial planning etc. Not on operations.
