I'm trying to figure out the psychology of Jimmy . Last year he started
Out with 30 million recognized revenue from biz
Then went to 70 million recognized revenue with sky .
Then jimmy must of been humbled when he realized
He could not recognize revenue without paying the terms and conditions
Of the agreement . ......This is my best guess with bizright .
The terms and condition was for April 2018 . then jimmy dragged his
Feet to issue out shares and cash . This breach the 60 day
Limit . Now bizright is doing closer to $40 million a year later.
Bizright can now walk away Bc they are doing really well but doesn't . They see its still better to stay in the agreement Bc bigger is better here so biz right says to jimmy you have to buy
The whole company or we walk away. Jimmy is not ready for that . I'll bet Bzrth loses money .
Lots of the time companies set up a second company and send the loses
To that company so they can sell the profitable company or show a profitable
Business for a offering . I think jimmy did not understand the full terms so
Now he is caught to raise more capital at a lower stock price . This humbled jimmy
Causing him to have less communication.
Here's the good news
Im pretty sure biz right is getting closer to closing the full deal .
May 15 will show the start of revenue. This will allow for stronger stock price
Allowing jimmy to finish the deal with sky Bc I believe
Sky has similar issues .
Sgmd did 7 million last year. If Sgmd goes from 1.5 million
A quarter to 3 or 5 million a quarter then we have a nice rally
In the stock . Then investor become totally patient .
Watch for jimmy to communicate more as he has more clarity
With bizright ! The company has to start somewhere so some revenue
Shows bizright , sky and hydro are in the works to closing the deal.
Jimmy can issue out all the shares now at 5 cent but better he waits
Closer to or after May 15 and issue out at 20 cents for sky and hydro .
Expect a Pr in the next two weeks about recognizing rev .
Not sure if we get guidance tho .
