I believe the upside pretty real. There are still a lot of pieces to put together. The offtake is a great start but the company needs to complete their bankable feasibility study, secure project financing, etc. Of course its all somewhat dependent on the iron ore price. I believe the fundamentals are strong. Its an exciting time for the company.  As they get closer to production and secure the necessay funding to get there I think investors will see how undervalued the stock is (my opinion). Its all pretty real. Remember the company had a 200 million market cap at one point, now around 35-40 million so there is significant upside here to (hopefully) see the market cap get back to or surpass previous highs.
