No, I'm not kidding. Up to 500 to 1 is the high end. I doubt it will be that high or happen quickly. I think they're going to need to issue more shares, as they recently have done, and then determine the best route to the NASDAQ.

I believe that anyone that aligns themself with the Chairman's plans and holds for the uplist will not be a bagholder.
