I know you informed us a few years ago about that.

Let me throw this out for discussion !

James Vowler say's to Kevin Serrano , I won't make you pay the $100,000 franchise fee ( we all Know UPZS never received the franchise fee from Cedro Ventures LLC ) if you add me/upzs as a member of the LLC .

This scenario could explain why the TAP HOUSE financials show on UPZS books.
