Only things I disagree with are his characterization of the ‘selling shareholders as their intention to sell, its simply a registration and lifting of restrictions, we CAN sell but nobody I know in the October PIPE is selling now.

and his recommendation to sell all shares BEFORE the phase 2 results are released. Certainly if it triples from here ( $6 pre split) before the announcement you could sell 1/3.
