Read it again. The clues in the news release correlate to the COSTS of filing a real patent application and the prosecution of such app.

Do I really need to point out the clues? Inquiring minds might see what I see. There is a lack of details about HOW this company with no cash can build a ground floor operation without issuing shares. That's why the warning exists on OTC Markets.

Still no update to O/S with a breakdown of Restricted and Unrestricted shares since December?

As for Ed Starrs, I doubt he cares about the people MEC is suing. Still not sure why he is a topic here. He has nothing to do with FLCN. Delgado is the lone officer at FLCN. His former associates had to sue him too.
