From what we read there is obviously a scam here. Not sure if TEUF has made something illegal but the CEO seems that made a lot of money at the expense of the investors and the company.
Do not agree that nothing can happen. Scammers have to be punished and this must be the case here.
i am sure the SEC and SDNY will take a serious look and if correct that the CEO is based in Europe then billateral agreements exist and he can be prosecuted.
It is good that Mr Travis ( and other investors?) is willing to pursue this further and more will join this effort.
