I've been saying all along that there's no way someone would pay .0024 for shares right now. The PPS will have to be lowered if he really wants to raise money. It will have to be below the current market value to get any large investors. Blows my mind that some folks think paying .0024 is a great deal. It's going to take a huge increase in the O/S to raise a million dollars. I don't see how any of this is a good thing in the first place. It's going to max out the A/S and diminish share holder value.
