I asked him both questions in my long discussion with IR. The plan is to uplift first on Tsx then Nasdaq and it will be most likely after q4 earnings report. Regarding conference call in the day of q4 reporting, he said the plan is to conduct cc but the final decision hasn’t made yet. Again I predict something big will happen before the earning on April 30, which is either there will be announcement of D2 or buyout/merger otherwise I don’t see the reason to postpone the q4 earning to the expiration day of April 30th with lazy excuse ( moving offices from Victoria to Vancouver.
