Always wondered why we shelved buergers disease when we had an Orphan Designation and highly likely fast-track opportunity.... Greed and short-sightedness to blame. We could be approved by now. Instead, we botch trials, create 'expanded access', open more sites and change enrollment criteria just to get enough patients in our trials, albeit LATE.

INEPT inexperience and nepotism have cost patients and shareholders so much.
