What about the NTEK short reporter? Should there be any lessons taught there? A person who was innocently doing those misguided short reports would not be picking one stock, or especially one penny stock to be a activist for. Reeks of an attempt to manipulate for personal gain if you ask Meow.

Meow would be happy with a day in prison for every short report made over the years. One cant use the ignorant innocence card forever. What would it take for them to realize what they have been doing? At least a few days in court and probation. Meow will remind all that an innocent activist would not pick just the one stock to advocate for.
