Pretty much. I keep tabs on nearly 300 reefer related tickers using the Investors Hub streamer function. I started in October 2016. The large majority is OTC junk. I have noticed how the Canadian tickers trading on the OTC perform quite differently compared to the typical US based OTC ticker, most of which are merely share selling schemes.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
