Well, it seems to me that capital, which is always limited, yet has practically unlimited places to go, will tend to go to those places where it believes it will be treated well.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
