DUE DILLY: Prove to us that RPH&Company haven't given the "SEC evidence that they owned the bonds".
Do you know what was in the sealed exhibit (#7, I believe it was)? My guess is THAT is where the proof is.
Don't forget, the only thing the SEC really did was request that they sign a document stating they won't violate securities laws. DUH!!! loL!
With a big hairy eyeball glaring down at the defendents, the judge wagged his fat finger at them and said..."Thanx, have a nice day." :)
Again, if the SEC pushes this no farther, we'll never know. They won't say a thing. It'll just fade away. All the while, the badger's screaming injustice! loL!
