Do We know that Waldron terminated the deal? His video is not that convincing to me, and anyone can lie about when they did something. In Bishop's letter he indicated that he called it off since Waldron could not prove a word he said. Bishop took Waldron on his word, and yes prematurely released the merger news. Bottom line is that they both could be crooks, but I suspect Bishop got conned himself. Now he is being held hostage for trusting this guy. Again, that is what Lawsuits are for and to sort this mess out. Again, a call to that Murray plumb law in Portland Me is on my agenda. Anyone who lost money on this can do what they want. I am tired of sitting on the sidelines loosing my money.
