Hi Mark, Still not convinced that a major recession is upon us but today the VIX seems to be indicating that a sizeable sell off is - or at least could be - coming and soon. Politically, however, depending upon what unfolds in the near term, I guess the markets could get roiled if the news and fear gets nasty enough. I believe that things in the credit market are still sound (it was the credit markets that seized up in 2007 and 2008 due to all the financial shenanigans that was going on in the sub prime markets and in other markets at the time) but things can change and change quickly. I know debt levels are high both corporately as well as for individuals but as long as the credit markets remain healthy I do not fear a major recession, however, who knows what might unfold politically to roil these markets? Stay tuned and vigilant and keep your spiritual eyes on the Son of God....Respectfully, Brian
