You were previously stating that the OS would be 4000:1 and AS would be 6:1 based on the 514,010 previously listed but didn't consider the 500,000,000 as anything in the original . Now your saying AS is 14,760,000 but not considering the 750,000 that was in the PR which would be 4000:1 RS of the AS

The 14,010,000 is the amount of Preferred shares

Add the 750,000 common shares and you get your 14,760

SO OS is 4000:1 RS
AS is 4000:1 RS
