That's the bottom line.

So every inch of progress towards getting there is a success.

Not to mention that they are the only company permitted to do so in the state. Thats big. Especially in one of the most conservative states in the nation.

It really doesnt matter if you believe in the company, LSU and other prestigious agencies / individuals do, and that's what matters.
