I havent checked if the TA is gagged by now but a few months ago
at least 2 posters checked the OS and it was almost maxed out

I did a recolection of PRS and I got OS = 1048 M

So my guess is that the older CEO Estrada used around 900 M to sell the Shell maybe 0.0003 x shr. which is pretty much the right price of a shell. It looks like the Estrada's trumpeting of an Oil deal was just a hoax since Phil Sands has not touched that subject.
