If QTMM did not have the court case stuff in the bag, does anyone really thing India would sink 70 Million US dollars into this and hand over $1 million in cash for a license fee plus future royalties??

Are there any projected cost and QTMM profit comparisons or QTMM royalties calc estimates versus other solar cell tech around here?
