FWIW – I think after deal closes early Apr, CSAC moves quickly to uplist to CSE as they are true operating company. Senior mgmt. has deep Wall St/ Buyside background; I’m sure they are aware lack of liquidity in their stock artifically depresses valuation. They'll need a fair valued stock for acquisition currency, so must imagine they will work pretty hard to close the discount to the comps after April closing.
